Vice Rector of St. Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation, Russia, Visited BJTU

On the morning of June 17, 2016, Vice President GUAN Zhongliang met with Prof. Konstantin Losev, Vice Rector of St. Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation, Russia.

GUAN extended welcome to Prof. Konstantin Losev on behalf of the university and briefly introduced the current development, strength discipline and international cooperation of BJTU. He pointed out that BJTU is carrying out extensive cooperation with Russian universities. He hoped that BJTU would carry out cooperation with St. Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation on talent cultivation and scientific research in the field of Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering and Logistics.

Prof. Konstantin Losev expressed gratitude to BJTU for the hospitality. He said the strength discipline of the university is not limited in aerospace but in Logistics, Information, Management and Electronics. He hoped that both parties would carry out practical collaborations on joint research, talent cultivation and scholar exchange. Besides, he invited BJTU to visit St. Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation to promote bilateral cooperation.

Principals from the Office of International Affairs, School of Traffic and Transportation and School of Economics and Management were also present at the meeting.
