SHI Xianliang, Male, Han Ethnicity, was born in September 1971. He is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). He has a postgraduate education and holds a doctoral degree. He is also a professor and doctoral supervisor at BJTU.

Prof. SHI Xianliang has served, in chronological order, as faculty member of the School of Economics and Management of Northern Jiaotong University, Vice Dean of the School of Economics and Management, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee & Vice Dean of the School of Economics and Management, Dean of Law School, Director of the Office of Humanities and Social Sciences, Dean of the School of Economics and Management of Beijing Jiaotong University. He is currently a member of the Standing CPC BJTU Committee and Vice President of Beijing Jiaotong University.

Part-time functions: He is also the Vice Chairman of the China Society of Logistics, the standing council member of the China Society of Industrial Economics, and Chairman of the 4^th Supervisory Board of the Jeme Tien Yow Development Foundation for Science and Technology.
