ZHAO Lan, Female, Han Ethnicity, was born in February 1972. She is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). She has an undergraduate education and holds a master degree. She is also a research fellow.

Ms. ZHAO Lan has served, in chronological order, as cadre of the Department of Student Affairs and Deputy Secretary of the Youth League Committee at Northern Jiaotong University; Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee at the School of Electronic and Information Engineering, Secretary of the Party Committee at the School of Languages and Communication Studies, Secretary of the Party Committee at the School of Sciences, Secretary of the Party Committee at the School of Electronic and Information Engineering at Beijing Jiaotong University. She is currently a member of the Standing CPC BJTU Committee and Director of the Organization Department of Beijing Jiaotong University.
