YU Zujun, Male, Han Ethnicity, was born in October 1968. He is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). He has a postgraduate education and holds a doctoral degree. He is also a professor and doctoral supervisor at BJTU.

Prof. YU Zujun has previously served, in chronological order, as faculty member of the Mechanical Engineering Department of Northern Jiaotong University; faculty member of the School of Mechanical, Electronic and Control Engineering, Deputy Director & Director of the Office of Research, Director of the President’s Office, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, and Vice President of Beijing Jiaotong University. He is currently the President and Deputy Secretary of the CPC BJTU Committee.

Part-time functions: He is also a member of the China Railway Society, Deputy Director of the Intelligent Railway Committee & the High-Speed Railway Committee of the China Railway Society, Standing Member of the China Intelligent Transportation Systems Association.
