On December 21st, Vice President GAO Yan met with Ph.D. Liang-Chien Lee,Vice President of I-Shou University.
GAO Yan extended her welcome to Liang-Chien Lee on behalf of the University. She reviewed the cooperation between two universities on students exchange program and faulty collaboration, introduced the history of the University and talents cultivation plan according to the Double-First-Class Initiative. She hoped the two universities learn from each other and give play their respective advantages based on the current cooperation，to enhance the academic level and reputation of both sides， especially strengthen the collaboration on economic and management discipline and AACSB authentication.
Ph.D. Lee appreciated the reception of BJTU. He briefly introduced the student scale, strong discipline and the cooperation with universities in China Mainland. He expected to reinforce discipline cooperation, and shared his experience on student innovation and entrepreneurship.
After the meeting, Ph.D. Lee visited the University Museum and met with exchange students from I-shou University.
Principals of Office of International Affairs (Office of Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs) attended the meeting.
