On the morning of March 3rd, 2014, President NING Bin met with a delegation from Petersburg State Transport University, Russia led by Alexander Y. Panychev, Rector and Yelena A. Afanasyeva, Vice Rector for International Relations at Conference Room 613, Siyuan Building.

President NING pointed out the long cooperative history in talent training between the two universities would lay a solid foundation for further cooperation. Rector Panychev said both Chinese and Russian governments attached importance to transportation field, which would expand the cooperation between two countries in educational and technological development. They also exchanged ideas on possibilities of cooperation and looked forward to further cooperation.
