Male, Han ethnicity, born in September 1979. Member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). Postgraduate education, Ph.D., Professor, and Doctoral Supervisor.

He has successively served as Professor and Dean of the School of Transportation at Southeast University; Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Southeast University Committee and Vice President; Deputy Secretary of the CPC Southeast University Committee; and Executive Deputy Secretary of the CPC Southeast University Committee (director-general level). He currently serves as President and Deputy Secretary of the CPC BJTU Committee.
