Information and Computation Science

I. Length of Schooling
The standard length of schooling: 4 years; the acceptable length of schooling: 3-6 years.

II. Degree
Bachelor of Science.

III. Program Objectives
The main task of this specialty is to train high-level professionals with a solid mathematical foundation and the mathematical thinking ability, who (1) master the basic theory and methods of information and computation science; (2) possess basic skills of computer application, including the common computer languages, tools and special software; (3) are with the basic abilities in algorithm analysis, algorithm design and programming; (4) are able to use the mathematical theory, methods and skills to solve practical problems in information science and engineering; (5) have a strong innovation capability; (6) can work in research institutions, universities and high-tech enterprises to do related jobs .
