Communication Engineering

 I. Length of Schooling
Standard: four years on a full time basis. Completion Time limits: three to six years.

Bachelor Degree of Engineering

III. Program Objectives
The program aims at producing highly specialized professionals in design, development and management in the field of communications and information, who, with a solid foundation of theoretical and professional knowledge and good sense of innovation, are qualified to meet the needs of the social and economic development for information professionals. Priority is given to the development of the students’ personalities and characters so as to ensure a balanced and all-around development of their ethic, intelligence and physique. Apart from students’ mastery of the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of communication engineering, great stress is placed upon the training of the students’ abilities in application, design and development in the field of communication system and communication network.
Graduates of the program should
1. be physically and mentally healthy individuals with a deep awareness of ethical responsibilities and dedication to profession and to society.
2. have a good mastery of the basic theories and practical skills in the field of communications engineering.
3. have abilities in application, design and development in the fields of communication system and communication network.
4. be able to meet the needs of industry and society for brilliant engineers who have expertise in research, design, development, operations, manufacturing and technical management in the fields of communications and information.
