Organizational behavior goes around three core conceptions, bounded_ rationality, the pursuit of consistency and the uncertainty. Organizational behavior is organized into four frames which are structure frame, human resource frame, political frame and culture frame. The organization can be analyzed on three levels which are individual level, group level and organization level. Organizational leadership and organizational change can be analyzed from the perspective of the four frames.
After this course, students will be able to understand and utilize the knowledge and skills to analyze what is going on in an organization.
The course assessment focus on the understanding and utilizing of knowledge, it depends on scores of regular exercises and the final exam paper, each takes up 50% respectively.
